It is initiated with the mutual consent of a client, Nacre and the employee, where in Nacre assumes total responsibility and answerability in the areas of recruitment, continuity of employment, human resource development, up gradation of skill sets, pay & benefits, insurance, statutory compliances, employment taxes, etc.
